Greenhill Canada seeks a first- or second-year Investment Banking Associate for its generalist M&A; advisory team. You will support buy-side, sell-side, and other strategic mandates across diverse industries. The work combines company research, transaction analysis, client materials, and relationship support within Mizuho Americas Corporate and Investment Bank.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct quantitative economic, industry, and company research
- Develop valuation models for companies and merged entities
- Prepare technical client presentations and transaction materials
- Support M&A; evaluation, due diligence, and execution




- Assist senior bankers with client relationships and idea generation

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree and minimum three years’ relevant experience
- Experience executing M&A; transactions and managing processes preferred
- Ability to synthesize information and develop innovative solutions
