As Senior Estimator, you will support large institutional, commercial, healthcare, education, and complex construction projects. Your work will cover drywall systems, steel stud framing, acoustic ceilings, fire-rated assemblies, and interior finishing systems. You will collaborate throughout pre-construction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate cost estimates for complex construction projects
- Lead detailed bids covering materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors
- Analyze drawings, specifications, contracts, risks, and discrepancies
- Perform quantity take-offs using industry-standard estimating software




- Mentor junior estimators and maintain estimating standards

Requirements:

- Minimum 10+ years of drywall estimating experience
- Experience with large-scale institutional or commercial projects
- Knowledge of drywall systems and interior assemblies
- Proficiency with On-Screen Takeoff and Quick Bid preferred
- Robust analytical, organizational, and communication skills
