The Resident Program Manager develops and implements activities that improve the resident experience. This full time role guides recreation staff and volunteers, manages budgets, and supports resident and family satisfaction targets. The position also follows Extendicare’s Guiding Principles, regulatory requirements, and Resident Bill of Rights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve resident and family satisfaction targets
