As a Business Analyst Specialist I, you will support Enbridge’s Enterprise Marketing and Risk Management systems team. You will provide application support, demand management, delivery coordination, and business analysis across enterprise Energy Trading and Risk Management applications. Your work includes clarifying requirements, assessing demand, supporting users, and coordinating production delivery. You will also help improve services and strengthen stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Capture, document, and validate stakeholder ideas, defects, and requirements
- Assess demand, business value, urgency, specifications, and delivery forecasts
- Support ETRM incidents,



users, access, reporting, testing, and follow-up
- Coordinate project teams, vendors, integrators, and technology partners
- Monitor satisfaction and identify service improvement opportunities

Requirements:

- Post-secondary degree or equivalent education and experience
- Five or more years of progressive technology delivery experience
- Exposure to ETRM or commodity trading processes
- Understanding of IT operations and enterprise systems support
- Robust analytical, organizational, coordination, and communication skills
