As Head of Data Engineering, you will lead vision, execution, and technical standards for Ambyint’s artificial lift optimization platform. You will manage data engineers and analysts while partnering with executives, Product, Data Science, and software engineering leaders. The mandate includes scalable architecture, analytics, streaming and batch capabilities, governance, security, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set enterprise data architecture and multi-year platform roadmaps
- Lead, mentor, recruit, and develop high-performing data teams
- Align engineering priorities with executive and business goals
- Drive self-service reporting,



dashboards, and enterprise data models
- Establish DataOps, governance, lineage, and metadata standards

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field
- 8+ years in data engineering and 3+ leadership years
- Experience scaling high-volume IoT, streaming, and batch platforms
- Expertise with Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, dbt, or Airflow
- Executive communication and stakeholder management skills
