Workers’ Advisers Program in Halifax, Nova Scotia, is seeking a permanent Workers’ Adviser (Non-Lawyer) to provide legal services in a solicitor-client relationship to eligible injured workers seeking workers’ compensation benefits. The role includes advising on evidence and law, and representing clients before the Workers’ Compensation Board and Appeals Tribunal.

Reporting to the Chief Worker Adviser, the position requires knowledge of NS workers’ compensation law, solid advocacy, and the
