As Technical Lead, you will anchor the software engineering team and make critical technical decisions across the C#/.NET ecosystem. You will balance hands-on development with architectural leadership, code optimization, SQL performance tuning, and mentoring. The team builds next-generation services for commercial aviation customers, enhancing dispatch, performance, scheduling, tracking, documentation, and weather systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define architecture, evaluate trade-offs, and manage technical debt
- Refactor legacy .NET applications and optimize SQL databases
- Drive complex features from design documentation through deployment




- Lead code reviews and establish secure operational standards
- Mentor developers and explain architecture to stakeholders

Requirements:

- Seven or more years developing software with .NET and C#
- Experience guiding teams and making critical technical decisions
- Hands-on performance tuning, code optimization, and SQL experience
- Production debugging and software issue resolution experience
- College diploma or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
