RVA seeks a Project Manager for its Water and Land Development team in a full time permanent position. You will manage municipal pumping station projects while providing engineering analysis and design services. The work includes studies, detailed design, cost estimates, tendering, contract administration, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage scope, schedules, risks, budgets, and project deliverables
- Provide engineering expertise, analysis, and design services
- Prepare specifications, reports, proposals, and tender documents
- Review and authenticate engineering documents professionally




- Mentor project teams and manage client relationships

Requirements:

- Ontario Professional Engineer license or registration eligibility
- Eight-plus years designing pumping stations and outstations
- Five years of progressive project management experience
- Knowledge of construction sequencing, contracts, and administration
- Advanced Excel, Microsoft Office, and English communication skills
