Lead Brodie League game nights across the Greater Toronto Area with basketball operations and people leadership. This full time role is local and on site.

As League Manager, you run a Brodie location end to end and report to the District Manager. You lead Game Day Leads, manage crews, oversee athlete experience, and support retention and growth. Your work includes scheduling, payroll, PlayerOne administration, CRM follow-up, and venue operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Hire, schedule, brief, coach, and develop game-night crews
- Run Launch Meetings and maintain the Brodie Standard
- Greet captains, players, spectators, and drop-in athletes
- Build seasons, divisions, playoffs, rosters, and court bookings
- Approve timesheets, payroll, standings,



and overdue balances

Requirements:

- Three or more years leading teams of three or more
- Experience owning recurring operations and impacting Profit and Loss
- Basketball or local recreational sports community involvement
- Availability for game nights, weekends, and non-game weekdays
- Reliable transportation and comfort using PlayerOne, Rippling, and Slack
