Support young people with complex needs as a Psychologist at Millcourt School, working three days weekly in Shelf, Yorkshire.

The Witherslack Group seeks a qualified Clinical, Educational, Forensic, or Counselling Psychologist registered with the HCPC. You will work within a multidisciplinary clinical team supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH needs, developmental trauma, neurodevelopmental conditions, and special educational needs. Your work will inform therapeutic living and learning environments across the school.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct clinical assessments and develop formulations
- Offer individualised therapeutic interventions and engagement
- Provide consultation, workshops, training, and guidance




- Support educational and residential colleagues around young people
- Promote therapeutic support throughout education and care

Requirements:

- HCPC registration as a qualified psychologist
- Proven experience supporting children with complex needs
- Skills assessing, formulating, and supporting therapeutic interventions
- Experience creating clinically informed living and learning environments
- Confidence as a guide, leader, and trainer
