Lead live cyber incidents at Arctic Wolf using structured troubleshooting, monitoring tools, and explicit real-time coordination. Command incidents independently from detection through resolution.

As a Level One Incident Commander, you will manage incidents from Sev1 through Sev4 while following established response playbooks. You will coordinate technical investigation, remediation, templated customer communications, documentation, and postmortems. The position requires judgment about when issues exceed scope and need escalation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Solo command incidents from detection through technical resolution
- Assemble responders and lead Zoom and incident channel bridges
- Monitor incidents using Jira, Zendesk, and Statuspage
- Investigate causes with Kibana, Grafana, and Unix tools




- Publish updates, document timelines, and facilitate postmortems

Requirements:

- Zero to three years in IT support, NOC, or incident management
- Technical degree, diploma, or equivalent practical experience
- Working knowledge of listed incident management and monitoring tools
- Working Unix command line proficiency
- Customer-facing experience and interest in cybersecurity, networking, or systems operations
