This Design and Construction Engineer provides Skilled Engineering services for municipal construction projects. The position coordinates planning, design, construction, and maintenance while advising departments and supervising technical staff. Responsibilities include plans, specifications, cost estimates, approvals, tendering, contracts, construction supervision, and infrastructure programs.

Key Responsibilities:
