The Programming Manager directs programming teams and oversees technical performance, project delivery, resources, and employee development. You will coordinate with Project Management, Engineering, Controls Design, Build, and Service teams. The work focuses on customer requirements, schedules, budgets, safety standards, and BOS quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical oversight for PLC, HMI, and robotics programming
- Guide integration, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning activities

Requirements:

- Technical degree, diploma, or equivalent industry experience
- Ten years of progressive industrial automation experience
- Three years of technical leadership or people management experience
- Knowledge of Rockwell, Siemens, Omron, and industrial robotics platforms
- Understanding of machine safety and commissioning practices
