The Document Management Specialist reports to the Manager, Procurement, Contracts & Facilities. This senior specialist manages documents throughout their life cycle across capital projects and operations. The work covers SharePoint, metadata, records retention, document numbering, and controlled distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up PNG’s document control process from startup through closeout
- Develop policies, procedures, workflows, standards, and responsibilities
- Operate PNG’s corporate and project SharePoint system
- Maintain metadata, filing structures, archives, and retention schedules




- Train users and support reports in document management systems

Requirements:

- Eight or more years of document management experience
- Utility, oil and gas, EPC, operating, or regulated-industry experience
- Experience using electronic document management systems, including SharePoint
- Knowledge of records management, retention scheduling, and digitization
- Robust communication, organization, detail, and deadline-management skills
