Lead Redeemer University’s academic mission as Vice-President, Academic, guiding faculty development, research, teaching, and curriculum direction. Work closely with the President across university priorities.

Reporting to the President, the Vice-President, Academic serves as Chief Academic Officer. The role chairs Senate as Vice Chair, participates in the President’s Council, and acts as chief executive officer when delegated during the President’s absence. This leader brings comprehensive vision to learning, research, and campus life, connecting faith, living, and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead overall faculty development, research, and teaching
- Guide curriculum and program development across the university
- Oversee learning services and the library




- Manage accreditation and academic quality assurance
- Develop academic partnerships and government relations

Requirements:

- Ability to serve as Chief Academic Officer
- Capacity to work closely with the President
- Ability to serve as Senate Vice Chair
- Ability to contribute to the President’s Council
- Vision for faith, living, and learning integration
