St. Lawrence College is seeking a Student Services Navigator (SSN) to be the front-facing first point of contact across campuses in Kingston, Ontario. Under the supervision of the Manager, Career and Student Services, you will enhance the student experience by addressing needs or providing referrals.
The role integrates intake and triage across services, booking appointments, assessing eligibility, and guiding students, staff, alumni and guests with compassionate, confidential service.
