Thales Canada, Defence & Security supports Canada’s National Shipbuilding Strategy through ship maintenance. The IVVQ Test Specialist designs, conducts, and reports testing activities within the Engineering team. You will develop test cases, analyze requirements, and work with System and Software Engineering on defects. This role supports shipyard and onboard testing for customer projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute IVVQ test events
- Write test plans and verification procedures
- Analyze requirements and develop traceability matrices




- Identify defects with System and Software Engineering
- Report test results and activity status

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or related college diploma
- At least three years’ IV&V; experience
- Experience developing and executing manual or automated test cases
- Requirements analysis and test management tools experience
- English fluency and attention to detail
