Provide comprehensive primary and urgent care as a permanent full time Nurse Practitioner serving rural communities through flexible care delivery.

Interior Health seeks a Nurse Practitioner for the Lillooet/Lytton Collaborative Care Model. Practice full scope across longitudinal primary care, urgent and episodic care, virtual care, and community outreach. Work with physicians, nursing, Mental Health and Substance Use, Indigenous Health, allied professionals, and community partners. Care serves Lytton, Lillooet, surrounding communities, and the Nlaka’pamux and St’át’imc Nations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide comprehensive primary and urgent care
- Assess, diagnose, treat, and prescribe within scope
- Order investigations, interpret results, and develop treatment plans




- Provide virtual care and planned community outreach
- Support continuity across primary, urgent, and long-term care

Requirements:

- Nurse Practitioner qualification and full-scope practice capability
- Commitment to culturally safe, patient-centred care
- Ability to collaborate across interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Readiness for autonomous rural and remote practice
- Participation in long-term care on-call may be required
