AMHSA seeks a contract Project Manager for conventional delivery, technology initiatives, and deployment recovery. The role manages cross-functional work through requirements, vendors, testing, training, cutover, and adoption. It also supports grant-funded milestones, reporting deadlines, and matrix leadership across accountable senior leadership members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, and changes
- Coordinate software requirements, vendors, testing, training, and go-live
- Lead API, ETL, data pipeline, and validation workstreams
- Track grant-funded milestones, deliverables,



schedules, and reporting inputs
- Recover delayed deployments through diagnosis, governance, and accountability

Requirements:

- Five-plus years managing cross-functional projects
- Software or SaaS implementation experience
- Data integration experience with technical teams and vendors
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project software
- Solid facilitation, communication, and executive-ready reporting skills
