As Director, Geotechnical Engineering, you will shape regional practice performance while developing people and expanding capabilities. You will connect client needs, market opportunities, technical leadership, and long-term priorities across WSP. The work spans transportation, municipal, energy, mining, infrastructure, and industrial markets.

- 15+ years of progressive geotechnical consulting experience

- Strong commercial, operational, client, and business development capabilities
