Lead housing operations for DTSSAB across the District of Timiskaming and Kirkland Lake, applying program administration and people leadership expertise. This permanent full time position offers 36.25 hours weekly while directing accountable Housing Services delivery.

Reporting to the Chief Administrative Officer, the Housing Services Manager oversees tenant services, property and maintenance operations, community housing administration, and housing and homelessness initiatives. The position manages provincially funded programs, contracts, budgets, compliance, staff, and service partnerships. It supports person-centered and inclusive services throughout the District.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct Housing Services planning, administration, operations, and delivery
- Lead staff, operational priorities, work plans, and performance monitoring
- Oversee housing assets, maintenance issues, contracts, and service arrangements




- Monitor funding, expenditures, compliance, risks, and program outcomes
- Prepare recommendations and reports for the CAO and Board

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in social services, business, public administration, or related discipline
- Minimum five years of progressively responsible leadership experience
- Experience managing budgets, grants, funding agreements, and government programs
- Ability to interpret legislation, policies, regulations, and funding requirements
- Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout the District
