Use oncology expertise as a Clinical Nurse Educator with Inizio Engage Canada, delivering field-based clinical education across Montreal and Atlantic Canada.
This full time, 12-month contract supports healthcare professionals through scientific exchange and treatment implementation education. You will build relationships with oncology nurses, nurse navigators, pharmacists, and allied professionals. The work includes disease-state education, therapy management, and adverse-event guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build trusted relationships across the assigned oncology territory
- Develop strategic territory plans around educational priorities
- Deliver clinical training on treatments and adverse events
- Provide compliant one-to-one, group, and formal presentations
- Communicate field insights and unmet educational needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and active Registered Nurse licence
- Eight-plus years of professional experience required
- Two-plus years of oncology or hematology experience
- Oncology certification such as CON(C) or equivalent
- Regular travel and valid driver's licence required
