As Senior Manager, Treasury Solutions, you will advise corporate clients on RBC cash management solutions and manage portfolio revenue growth. You will guide onboarding, activation, and digital solution adoption while coordinating with Relationship Managers. The work emphasizes client advice, sales planning, project management, and tailored financial insights. You will help clients navigate alternatives, implement solutions, and access broader RBC advice through partner referrals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage relationships and revenue growth across complex corporate client portfolios
- Coordinate end-to-end cash management onboarding and client follow-up




- Develop contact strategies and complete annual relationship reviews
- Advise clients on emerging business and financial issues
- Present solutions and refer clients to RBC partners

Requirements:

- Five or more years’ commercial or corporate banking sales experience
- Strong cash management product and industry trend knowledge
- Proven client advice, sales, and relationship management experience
- Project management, organizational, and time management skills
- Robust communication and Microsoft Office proficiency
