GFL seeks a Class 1/3 Operator for industrial vacuum truck services in Sparwood, BC. The work includes power washing, water hauling, loading and hauling fluids or materials, and client service. Candidates should bring industrial vacuum, hydrovac, or combo vac experience, solid communication, and safety-focused industrial experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate vacuum equipment in industrial settings
- Perform spill cleanup, line flushing, and power washing
- Complete equipment pre-trips and required driver logs
- Maintain accurate documentation for completed work
- Participate in safety meetings and hazard assessments
Requirements:
- Class 3 license with Air Brakes required
- Class 1 license considered an asset
- Manual transmission operating ability required
- Industrial vacuum, hydrovac, or combo vac experience preferred
- Valid safety tickets considered an asset
