This engineering role develops and maintains an industrial-grade Multidisciplinary Design, Analysis and Optimization framework. You will shape architecture, improve code health, and collaborate with aircraft design, analysis, systems, and performance teams. The work integrates algorithms, machine-learning models, and disciplinary tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain software for the MDO/MDAO framework
- Lead architecture, maintenance, and continuous framework improvement
- Manage CI/CD, testing, reviews, releases, and documentation
- Integrate algorithms, machine-learning models, and analysis tools




- Present technical choices and results to decision-makers

Requirements:

- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in a relevant technical field
- Hands-on MDO/MDAO framework development and usage experience
- Proficiency with Git, repositories, CI/CD, testing, and reviews
- Experience maintaining large-scale scientific software frameworks
- Comfort with HPC and Windows and Linux environments
