As Director, you will support pitch development, originate mandates, and execute divestitures, acquisitions, buyouts, and carveouts. The role combines technical expertise, project management, and client relationship management within RBC’s Corporate Client Group. You will lead small deal teams while advising private companies and collaborating across RBC.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support Directors in originating, pitching, and winning M&A; mandates
- Advise business owners through negotiations and transaction closings
- Manage mandates from origination through close
- Coordinate with Commercial Banking,



Wealth Management, and Capital Markets
- Mentor Associate Directors and Analysts on deal teams

Requirements:

- Bilingual English and French communication skills
- Five-plus years executing private company M&A; transactions
- Understanding of Canadian accounting, valuation, legal, and tax principles
- Solid networking, communication, and project management skills
- Willingness to travel within Quebec as needed
