This specialist manages warranties, contracts, maintenance evidence, asset records, and lifecycle decisions for critical infrastructure. The work supports Bell's AI Fabric program and its secure, scalable compute fabric. You will oversee data quality, reporting, reconciliations, and operational controls across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain warranty, coverage, and end-of-life dates
- Track contracts, renewals, expiration dates, and SLAs
- Manage ServiceNow asset tickets and records
- Reconcile physical inventories with system records
- Produce dashboards, reports, and exception lists

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Engineering, or Business
- Five or more years in asset management or operations
- Experience managing multi-site serialized inventory programs
- Experience in audit-sensitive or regulated environments
- Critical electrical infrastructure lifecycle experience required
