You will own stewardship across assigned financial-data domains within a capital-markets technology company. The role combines data governance with AI enablement, including semantic layers, prompt engineering, lineage, and business definitions. Work is in office in Montreal, with four office days and one flexible day.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and document business definitions for assigned financial-data domains
- Set and monitor data-quality rules, controls, and KPIs
- Investigate data issues through root-cause analysis
- Build and maintain Snowflake semantic layers for AI products
- Provide L2 support for domain data incidents

Requirements:

- Experience in data management, governance, or stewardship
- Working knowledge of Snowflake or comparable cloud warehouses
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Experience with securities, trading, risk, or market data
- Ability to explain technical concepts in business language
