As a Senior Learning and Experience Designer, you will advise assigned business groups and support strategic initiatives. Your work spans learning programs, performance support, communication plans, and change management activities. You will analyze audiences, define objectives, and develop solutions aligned with stakeholder needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design learning and performance-focused solutions across platforms
- Conduct design analysis and assess performance gaps
- Write, storyboard, and edit learning interventions




- Develop project plans for learning programs and curricula
- Monitor solution performance and recommend enhancements

Requirements:

- Typically five to seven years of relevant experience
- Post-secondary degree or equivalent education and experience
- Required Adult Learning accreditation
- In-depth adult learning and instructional methodology knowledge
- Robust web development and authoring tool knowledge
