Senior FP&A; Financial Analyst delivering financial dashboards, forecasting, and decision support for Sleep Country Canada/Dormezvous?’s multi-channel business.
Reporting to the Manager, FP&A;, this senior analyst partners with cross-functional teams. The position supports budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and ad hoc analysis. It translates complex data into recommendations for senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop dashboards, reports, and scorecards monitoring business performance
- Prepare accurate monthly management reporting packages
- Analyze operational, sales, and financial performance across channels
- Support forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and scenario modeling
- Improve reporting efficiency through automation and simplification
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Two to four years of progressive FP&A; experience
- Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis skills
- Experience with Prophix, Adaptive Insights, or Anaplan
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint
