Shape accounts payable operations at TIC Solutions through process improvement, ERP automation, and accurate payment execution from Sherwood Park. As Manager, Accounts Payable, you will oversee the organization’s full-cycle AP function and lead a team of Supervisors and staff. This full-time, permanent position is based in the Sherwood Park office and requires on-site work. You will analyze metrics, identify risks, and improve procure-to-pay processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze AP metrics, trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Streamline procure-to-pay processes with Procurement and Operations
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and maintain accurate vendor records
- Manage cash disbursements and support working capital objectives




- Support audits with AP documentation and inquiry responses

Requirements:
- Solid analytical and process-improvement capabilities
- Experience identifying inefficiencies and implementing effective improvements
- Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
