You will estimate earthworks, underground utilities, road building, and site servicing projects. The work spans commercial, industrial, and municipal construction, requiring solid knowledge of drawings, specifications, contracts, and tender documents. Key Responsibilities:

Review plans, specifications, and tender documents Build quantity takeoffs, including electronic earthworks modeling Solicit supplier and subcontractor quotes Prepare cost estimates and pricing strategies Submit tenders, proposals, and change orders Requirements:
