Translate complex transactions into dependable marketplace products. As Staff Product Manager for Financial Systems, you will connect order-to-cash and procure-to-pay workflows. You will gather requirements from customers, partners, and Accounting teams. Then, you will translate finance requirements into product requirements documents engineers can build from. Key Responsibilities:

Prioritize financial system features using data-backed business cases Map finance, procurement, and operational personas and workflows Align Engineering, Finance, Sales, Legal, Tax, and Operations Own release communication, documentation, procedures,



and training Design audit trails, approvals, and SOX-relevant controls Requirements:

8+ years product, program, or project management experience 4+ years in accounting, bookkeeping, staff accounting, or audit Fluency with accruals, revenue recognition, reconciliation, and month-end close Experience with general ledger and subledger accounting platforms Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business, or equivalent experience Bring product leadership, accounting fluency, and control design expertise to Xometry’s order-to-cash and procure-to-pay systems.
