At scale, fulfillment is production. The pace is swift, the standards are high, and demand surges around major holidays.

Our Florists bring our products to life. You'll create bouquets and arrangements that reflect the Tonic Blooms style, following recipes and quality standards while working at the pace of a busy production studio. Your work is at the heart of every order, ensuring each bouquet is beautiful, consistent, and ready to brighten someone's day.

What You’ll Do

- Create bouquets and arrangements in the Tonic Blooms style, following recipes and quality standards
- Process, clean, trim, and organize flowers as shipments arrive
- Assist with managing and tracking flower inventory
- Maintain a clean, organized, production ready studio
- Handle physical work, including lifting up to 40 lbs, standing for extended periods, and working in cooler temperatures (3 to 6°C)
- Use tools such as knives, cutters, and clippers safely and efficiently
- Perform other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,000.00-$44,000.00 per year
