What You Will Do

As an Apprentice, your responsibilities will grow alongside your skills. You will assist and learn to:

- Perform vehicle tear-downs,



unbolting parts, and labeling components.
- Assess structural and cosmetic collision damage.
- Mix, apply, and shape body fillers and fiberglass.
- Grind, sand, and prep surfaces for the paint department.
- Operate specialized equipment, including frame pullers, dent pullers, and welding tools.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.

What We Are Looking For

- Passion for Cars: A genuine interest in automotive repair, restoration, and how vehicles work.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent and completion of a Motor Vehicle Body Repair foundation program (e.g., NSCC) are assets but not required.
- Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic, punctuality, and a desire to learn every day.
- Requirements: Must have a valid Nova Scotia Driver’s License and a clean abstract.
