We are looking for a Busser/Food Runner for our busy Stages Kitchen & Bar located in the DoubleTree West Edmonton where exceptional guest experiences begin with teamwork and attention to detail.

Overview

Our Bus Persons play a vital role in ensuring that the restaurant and lounge are clean, organized, and ready to welcome guests. If you’re energetic, reliable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, this role is a great entry point into Food & Beverage service.

What You’ll Do

- Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly to ensure smooth guest flow.
- Assist servers by delivering food, beverages, and supplies as needed.
- Refill water glasses, replenish condiments, and provide guests with additional items as requested.
- Maintain cleanliness in dining and service areas, including sweeping, wiping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Stock service stations with necessary supplies such as glassware, utensils, and napkins.
- Assist with carrying trays, dishes, and other items to and from the kitchen.
- Support bartenders and servers during peak service periods.
- Take and deliver knock and drop orders to guestrooms
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by leadership.

What You Bring

- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is an asset.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive, service-focused attitude.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Energetic, reliable,



and eager to learn.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
