We are seeking a versatile Production Welder to join our dynamic sheet metal shop team.

You will be responsible for executing quality welds while having the ability to cross the floor and operate a variety of fabrication machinery.

In this hands-on, cross-functional role, you will perform precision MIG and some TIG welding on diverse metals, and step in to run press brakes, Insertion presses, deburring machines, and punch presses to support end-to-end manufacturing workflows.

The ideal candidate brings proven welding experience (or a welding course), robust mechanical aptitude, and an adaptable mindset to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining rigorous safety and quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time
