Hours & Schedule

- Tuesday to Saturday, 5am to 1pm
- Full availability required during training period

What You'll Do

- Decorate cakes to our quality and brand standards
- Cut cake slices with precision and consistency
- Bake and finish cuppa cakes
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in line with health and safety standards
- Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to the team
- Collaborate with team members to keep production on track

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 3 years cake decorating experience in a skilled bakery or kitchen
- Cake decorating experience is non-negotiable




- Proven ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely
- Reliable, consistent, and self-directed
- A team player who takes ownership of their shift
- Certification in baking is an asset

Pay: $21–$23/hr based on experience
