We are seeking a highly detail-oriented, and experienced Pantone Colour Matching and Paint Mixing Technician. Robust focus on the ability to prepare, mix, and match custom colours for premium corporate printing and specialty finishing applications. The ideal candidate will have experience with paint mixing and colour matching or be willing and able to learn.
Responsibilities:
- Mix paint colours according to customer requirements.
- Match colours using Pantone/PMS colour references.
- Measure and mix paint accurately.
- Check finished colours to ensure they match the required shade.
- Follow instructions and maintain a clean work area.
Requirements:
- Previous paint mixing or colour-matching experience is an asset.
- Pantone/PMS knowledge is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and good learning ability.
- Good basic math and measurement skills.
- Reliable and able to work independently.
- Flexible to work extended hours and weekends when required.
