Family Physician Canada is seeking a qualified Licensed Pharmacist to join a recent community pharmacy being established within an integrated healthcare facility in Georgetown, Ontario.
Working alongside a dedicated team of physicians, the successful candidate will contribute to delivering high-quality patient care, establishing pharmacy operations, and ensuring compliance with professional and regulatory standards.

Qualifications Required
- BScPhm or PharmD from a recognized university.
- Current registration in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacist (Part A)
- Completion of ACPR residency or equivalent clinical experience.
- Demonstrated ability to work in an interprofessional team environment.
Preferred
- 2+ years of experience in primary care.
- Advanced credentials in pharmacotherapy, evidence-based medicine, or pharmaceutical care (e.g., BPS, CDE, TEACH, CBT-I, academic detailing).
- Experience with EMRs: Telus PS Suite, Accuro, Avaros, or OSCAR.
- Group facilitation or program planning experience.
