Job Overview

The Mat Service & Delivery Technician supports reliable mat service through warehouse handling, moving, and delivery work. This hands-on role combines careful product handling with professional customer interactions and clear communication. You’ll help keep service visits organized, products moving efficiently, and customer needs addressed throughout the delivery process.

Duties

- Deliver and exchange floor mats at commercial customer locations.
- Pick up soiled mats and replace them with clean mats.
- Ensure all deliveries and exchanges are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
- Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules.
- Communicate any customer concerns or service issues to management.





Qualifications

- Valid driver's licence and a positive driving record.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and handling mats.
- Previous delivery or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
