What You’ll Do
You’ll work on a 2-person team serving residential customers throughout Cambridge and the Waterloo Region.
Your responsibilities include:
- Gutter cleaning
- Window cleaning
- Pressure & power washing
- Operating ladders and professional equipment
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Communicating professionally with homeowners
- Completing daily service routes safely and efficiently
- Participating in mandatory door-to-door (D2D) sales shifts to generate new customers and grow the business
- Learning how to confidently communicate our services and create opportunities with homeowners
Important: This is a combination of a hands-on service technician role and a sales role. Door-to-door sales are a mandatory part of the position and work scope, not an optional responsibility.
No industry experience required. We provide paid training for both service and sales.

- You MUST be comfortable with door-to-door sales, approaching homeowners, starting conversations, and promoting our services. D2D sales are a mandatory part of this position.
Home-service or sales experience is an asset, but not required.
