Job Summary

Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our logistics and distribution operations! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling inventory and ensuring smooth shipping and receiving processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick products from shelves according to pick list or handheld scanner
- Verify product names, quantities, sizes, and item numbers for accuracy
- Inspect products for damage or defects before picking
- Move picked products safely using carts or pallet jacks
- Meet productivity and accuracy targets while maintaining quality
- Restock/replenish picking locations as and when needed
- Report missing, damaged, or incorrect inventory to a supervisor
- Assist with receiving, shipping, inventory counts and other duties as and when required
- Keep picking areas clean, organized and safe
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and proper lifting techniques

Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year order-picking or other warehouse experience is required
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to read and understand product labels and work instructions




- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and physically capable of performing warehouse duties
- Ability to lift and move boxes or materials as required.
- Understanding of warehouse safety protocols and best practices

Physical Requirements

- Standing and walking for extended periods
- Should be capable of frequently bending, reaching, lifting, and carrying
- Ability to safely lift and move items up to 50 Lbs
