Job Overview

As an A&W; Supervisor, you’ll help coordinate daily restaurant operations, support the team, and deliver welcoming, productive service. You’ll contribute across the kitchen and service areas, helping maintain smooth shifts and a positive experience for customers and colleagues.

Duties

- Guide team members during shifts, coordinate tasks, and support team management and leadership.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, serving, and food handling while following food safety practices.
- Support customer service, operate POS systems, and handle cash accurately; use Micros POS where applicable.
- Assist with interviewing and restaurant management tasks, helping the team stay organized and service run smoothly.

Qualifications

Required: Practical communication, organization, customer service, food handling,



and cash-handling capabilities support safe, accurate shift operations and effective team guidance. Preferred: Supervising, food service, restaurant, kitchen, or broader food industry experience is helpful, along with cooking, POS or Micros POS, interviewing, restaurant management, serving, hospitality, leadership, bartending, hotel, or barista experience. Your impact: Consistent guidance helps colleagues work together and customers receive attentive service.

Pay: $19.10-$20.50 per hour
