Guide complex transactions and client reporting decisions across multiple concurrent engagements. As a Director, you will advise clients on capital markets transactions, complex business combinations, and transaction events. You will apply advanced accounting knowledge, oversee technical analyses, and coordinate integrated support across audit, tax, deal, and advisory teams. The position requires experienced engagement and team leadership. Key Responsibilities:

Lead concurrent accounting advisory engagements involving capital markets transactions Advise clients on transaction accounting and reporting considerations Review technical analyses, position papers,



and client deliverables Manage engagement economics, staffing models, and resource deployment Develop managers and senior team members while supporting practice growth Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent At least nine years of experience Advanced U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and accounting standards knowledge Experience leading complex engagements and managing teams CPA or equivalent certification preferred Bring capital markets advisory, technical accounting, and client relationship expertise to RSM as a Director leading complex engagements.
