Downtown Properties | Seasonal Positions Available
We are seeking 4 reliable and hardworking individuals to join our winter snow maintenance team servicing commercial and residential properties in the downtown area.
Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour for the right candidate.
Job Responsibilities
- Snow shoveling and ice removal around commercial and residential properties
- Applying ice melt and other de-icing materials
- Maintaining safe walkways, stairs, entrances, and sidewalks
- Responding to snow events during early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays when required
- Working efficiently as part of a team to meet service standards
Qualifications
- Previous snow removal or winter maintenance experience required
- Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in challenging winter conditions
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work on short notice during snow events
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
- Must have a valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle
- Reliable transportation to downtown work locations is required
- Experience operating snow removal equipment is considered an asset
