The Team Leader Personal Lines Insurance guides day-to-day sales and customer service activity, helping customers understand personal insurance options while supporting a coordinated, responsive team. The role combines team leadership, sales administration, and clear communication to deliver a consistent customer experience.

Duties

- Coordinate team workflows, monitor sales activity, and support colleagues in meeting service and business goals.
- Assist customers with insurance inquiries, explain relevant options, and help resolve concerns professionally.
- Review sales and service information, identify trends, and share practical recommendations with the team.
- Support outside sales, retail sales, telemarketing, marketing, and accurate sales administration as needed.

Skills

Required: Strong customer service, communication, analysis, and sales capabilities support customer conversations, team coordination, and informed decisions. Negotiation skills help address customer needs constructively and explain suitable options.

Preferred: Experience in insurance sales, outside or retail sales, telemarketing, marketing, or sales administration is advantageous. Ribo Licensed.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
