Job Summary

As a Customer Service/Cashier, you’ll welcome customers, process orders and payments, and support smooth food service. You’ll help maintain an inviting, clean service area while coordinating with colleagues to keep orders accurate and customers informed.

Duties

- Greet customers, answer questions, take orders, and provide attentive service throughout their visit.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS where applicable, process transactions, handle cash, and use basic math to verify payments.
- Assist with food preparation and serving, follow food-handling and food-safety practices, and maintain sanitation in service and kitchen areas.
- Manage time across customer service and food-service tasks; suggest relevant items to support customer choices and upselling.

Experience

Required: Practical customer service,



cashiering, cash-handling, basic math, time-management, food-handling, and sanitation skills support accurate transactions and secure, organized service. Preferred: Food service, restaurant, food-industry, or kitchen experience; familiarity with POS or Micros POS, food preparation, serving, food safety, and upselling is helpful. Pay: $17.60-$28.30 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
