The Financial Director guides financial planning, controls, and decision-making across the organization. This role connects accounting operations with corporate finance, budgeting, and investment priorities, helping leaders understand financial performance and make informed business decisions.

Duties

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and financial reporting to support sound planning and responsible use of resources.
- Oversee accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation, maintaining accurate and timely financial records.
- Assess financial services, corporate finance, investment opportunities, and business development proposals; conduct risk analysis and strengthen risk management practices.
- Provide financial leadership and transparent guidance to colleagues, helping teams align operational choices with organizational priorities.

Requirements

Required: Practical accounting, budgeting, bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, account reconciliation, cost management, and leadership capabilities are essential to oversee financial operations and guide planning. Preferred: Experience or strengths in financial services, corporate finance, investment assessment, business development, risk analysis, and risk management can support broader strategic decisions and effective collaboration with colleagues across the organization.

Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
