Job Overview

We are seeking friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Servers to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while creating a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

The successful candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Present menus and explain menu items, including traditional Arabic and Middle Eastern breakfast dishes.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Answer customer questions about menu items and ingredients.
- Communicate orders clearly to kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Check on guests to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Clear, clean, and reset tables between guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.




- Process customer payments using the POS system.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues professionally.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and other servers.

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant or serving experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, welcoming, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic cash handling and POS system experience is an asset.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable, punctual, and qualified.

Start date: beginning of December 2026.

Pay: From $17.95 per hour
